Call Recording
Every AccuConference comes
complete with free call recording
capbilities. You can record
every call automatically
or just certain calls (or
portions of calls) on an
as-needed basis. Digital
.wav recordings are available
on your account management
site for 30 days for free
download. After downloading
the files, you can archive
them on your hard drive,
copy the files to a CD for
distribution, or post them
on a web site for your audience
to listen to. Depending on
the size of your audio recording
you can also email audio
files as attachments. Quality
will never be compromised
and it will sound exactly
like the original call.
Recording Options:
- Auto-Record -
One less thing to worry
about. Set auto-record
up in your account management
site so that every call
is automatically recorded.
- Call
by Call Record - The moderator
chooses when to begin recording
each call by just pressing
*2 on their touch tone
keypad.
- Play
into Live Call - Have a recorded
meeting/presentation you
would like your audience
to hear played into your
live conference.
- Playback
Tree - If you have
several conferences recorded
that you'd like your audience
to be able to listen to,
have us set up a Playback
Tree for you at no addiitional
cost. Callers will have
the option to choose
the recording the they
wish to listen to.*
*Please note, flat-rate
accounts will be charged
a per-minute fee for playbacks.
